Tarot Reading does not replace Professional Medical/Legal/Business Opinion and Advice. It does not force a particular Course of Action, or attempt to exert any form of Control over your Free-Will and Common Sense. The contents of a Tarot Reading are not legally binding. 

1. As per our conditions all sessions and/or services are 'guidance' accepting no responsibilities for actions taken by a customer in response.

2. Please note our sessions/services/ products are based on the art of Tarot, spiritual guidance with our personal study, knowledge and abilities factored thus we take no responsibility for misinterpretation and act within reason to clarify information provided.

3. It is the responsibility of the customer to voice any confusion over guidance provided and ItuitiveEssence to clarify within reason and/or limits (including at cost of further service.)

4. All content on this Website is property of IntuitiveEssenceTarot. Thus whilst content can be shared with credited acknowledgment- content is in prohibition of a claim to ownership by others and content theft.

5. All written information has been personally scribed by Intuitive or Essence as personal interpretation based on general public information and personal knowledge- it is in direct ownership of IntuitiveEssenceTarot.

6. In the event that any of our content or use of any of the services contained on this Web Site are in commercial use without our expressed consent, we shall be entitled to charge you at its applicable rates in respect of such commercial use or request instant removal.

7. By using our services you confirm that you are over 18 and that you understand and agree with these terms.

8. All our content is personal interpretation that is our right to express with no legal ramifications or responsibility for personal offence taken.

9. ItuitiveEssence reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or cease to supply any product or service contained on this Web Site. In the event that such removal takes place we shall not be liable to you in any way whatsoever for such removal.

10. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes on the Web Site. It is your responsibility to review the Web Site terms and conditions to ensure you are aware of the latest terms and conditions.

All Intellectual Property Rights (including, without limitation, all database rights, rights in designs, rights in know-how, patents and rights in inventions (in all cases whether registered or unregistered and including all rights to apply for registration) and all other intellectual or industrial property rights in any jurisdiction) in any information, content, materials, data or processes contained in or to this Web Site belong to Ituitiveessencetarot ©️

12. Everything discussed in a session and your personal details are confidential unless there is an immediate risk/danger or criminal act that would be irresponsible and pose a risk not report to the relevant authoraitive body. Your private session details will never be discussed nor your personal details shared unless in the extremely rare exception as above. We take your confidentiality extremely seriously.

It is the responsibility of the customer to attend a virtual reading/guidance session via details provided. If the session is cancelled by the customer in less that 48 hours notice without re-booking or failure by the customer to attend, IntuitiveEssenceTarot are not obligated to refund as at fault of customer for failure to notify or attend. 

If IntuitiveEssenceTarot are unable to attend a virtual reading/guidance session they have to notify the customer and offer a refund or alternative date. It is still the responsibility of the customer to claim a refund or re-organise the service. The customer has a period of 6 months in which to contact to claim their refund of rearrange.

When purchasing a service the responsibility is then on the customer to arrange the session from availability options provided. Failing to act within reasonable time to book is the responsibility of the customer and is at cost to themselves.

Refunds are not valid and will not be provided to customers who do not agree with Tarot advice/ guidance given. One example being - Not liking advice given as it isn't what you 'wanted' to hear however if in the first 5 minute you feel uncomfortable and the spiritual connection doesn't feel right to you personally  and this is clearly voiced  in this time frame then the session will be ceased and refunded by 85%.
