The idea behind - (I) tuitive or Intuitive... 

The (I) is the represented by the Evil Eye a symbol by many names that has been used for centuries for protection and helps boost Intuition.

When looking up the Evil Eye it can be misread as a curse itself buy this is not the purpose at all and in fact as it is meant to stare away curses and negative energies. Some sources and religions link it back to curses from others gaze and Jealousy the eye stares away or brings back on the sender. It is believed from this jealousy comes negative energy that can bring misfortune and injury to others and oneself. Thus the eye became seen as a shield against negativity, providing peace of mind and a sense of security.

Eyes are seen as the window of the soal as well as used to see the world. They are a heavily spiritual tool and when an eye glares back it can force anyone sending negative energies to really 'see' themselves and trigger the user's Intuition on their energies along with it.  The evil Eye is very powerful to protect and channel Intuition.
